Just like in any city. Detroit gets a bad rap but is a wonderful city you just have to look. Belle Isle, Hart Plaza, etc. I have found a wonderful doc in Detroit, who has done wonders and helped me tremendously. She is also very kind, patient and understanding. Just my Two Cents.
