Leslie:

I've been told that Lupron can cause bone loss. But I've also been told that the damage isn't permanent, that you can, through calcium and exercise, once you're done with the course (and while you're on it), regain any bone loss you've incurred. Did one of your teeth break? I didn't get the original post from you, just some other people's replies ... My doc told me while I'm on Lupron to take tons of calcium, and I bought that viactiv chocolate chew stuff. It's actually good tasting, like tootsie rolls. Also, the phosphorus in pop, or soda, or coke, or whatever you call it in your part of the country, can bind with whatever calcium you ingest, so, you might want to avoid pop too? Good luck!
