It takes persistence and sometimes several doctors. I am suppose to be setting up the surgery now. I had to wait until school started to do it. Alot of doctors are afraid that in a year or 2 someone's life will change and they decide they want to try for kids again. Then women go back and file for malpractice for an unnecessary hyst when drugs could have been used. I am fully aware that this may not get rid of the pain-but it will at least get rid of the fibroids and cysts. I spend 2 weeks a month that I can even leave the house hardly b/c of the bleeding. It will literally pour at points where you can't leave the bathroom and when you do it's on your knees. That's a definite pro for a hyst. The endo destroyed the tubes so it's not like another child is an option since they had to remove them-1 was rupturing. Hot flashes and mood swings-if you have endo already no one will notice a change. How are you doing now?
