Hi Pam Sorry you're having a rough time. Headaches can be just brutal, can't they? I used to get horrific headaches with allergy seaon - putting an ice pack on my head helped quite a bit. I keep a gel face pack in the fridge and find it helps - also works good on the puffy eyes! I hope you're feeling better today, and are able to take your pain meds.
