Liz, Hi. How are you? It sounds to me you need to show them pictures of the endo, and have them read up on it. I feel like half the time people are looking at me the same way, or like i am some addict who like high drama in my life. Print some of our stories for them, i would be more than happy to write something from my experiences to show them exactly what we all go through. Just let me know. If they want any grandchildren they should take you seriously (i dont know if you have any or not, i have 4). Did the doc tell you anything about where the endo is and your chances of conceiving, although they are'nt always always right. If its around or in your tubes then you might want to think hard about it. I hope you get some relief, comfort and some understanding from some. Let me know what i can do. screwed into five hours of overtime. (as if the first nine hours of today weren't bad enough!) >Does anyone have ANY SUGGESTIONS on how to make a skeptical boss understand
what I'm going through? He looks at me and thinks I look fine, so I must just be trying to get out of work. *sighs* All the doctors and emergency room visits don't seem to convince him otherwise. And my family is even worse. My mother, who is a very traditional woman, says that "cramps are just our curse to bear... because EVE ate the apple." *sighs* How do I explain to her that this isn't just PMS, that my insides are as lumpy as the Rocky Mountains. How do I make her see that I'm not being whiny or a pain in the ass... I'm in very real pain. Please... I'm only 22 years old, and I really want (and need) their support. >If it weren't for an extremely supportive and understanding boyfriend, I'd
be in the loony bin by now... anybody? anything? >Thanks in advance...
