This was back in 1991. The doctor changed me to the fen-phen combination. The diet pills made me feel like my head was crawling and gave me an enormous energy supply, even made me feel like I could think a little clearer but at the same time made my heart race. I didn't have much luck losing weight on them though. I don't think it was because of the medicine I think it was because I didn't watch what I was eating. I was taking the pills and still eating whatever I wanted to eat. I wasn't totally committed to losing weight. I missed your original post but feel free to email me if you have any questions.
