I don't know if this will help or not, but I get leg cramps (that result in
foot problems because I am walking wrong) when I get dehydrated. This seems
to be happen more often when my endometriosis is bad. I believe leg cramps
can also result from a deficiency of potassium.

> Blondie I have had leg cramps and foot pains forever. I never found
anything that really helped but my cataflam the dr. gives
me for my endo. When I had my last lap. I did have a cyst (not that you do)
and after surgery it stopped for 3 months(that
all it ever lasted for me after my laps then back to normal ha). A heating

call it gets so number I have to touch my feet to
see if they are still here. This along with many other problems is why I
