I did have a cyst (not that you do) and after surgery it stopped for 3 months(that all it ever lasted for me after my laps then back to normal ha). A heating pad helps sometimes in the small of my back. I really thought I had never damage too I even have a ghost feeling is what I call it gets so number I have to touch my feet to see if they are still here.
