Sorry, one other thing...I was told about the calcium/walk thing because I probably have heel spurs, but the calcium/walk thing does the trick.....I don't think heel spurs are endo related, but you never know...also, when/if you walk wear good walking shoes with lots of cushioning or buy cushion sole inserts for your old favorite tennis shoes....Blondie
