Hello Linda, I am still working through this weekends e-mails, so I don't know if this has been said.....I have been told to drink milk, eat cottage cheese, take calcium...in general you are lacking calcium....I have had this problem off and on since as far back as I can remember....when I start having this problem I beef-up on calcium suppliments and milk and talk a good two mile walk about every night....the walk seems to help with the pains....hope this helps...I have been heel-pain-free for over a year....best of luck to you......Blondie
