Hi Linda S. :-)

I think I know what you are describing.... I used to have that sort of pain in my right ankle and heel. I finally went to see my chiropractor about it. He adjusted my hips and lower back and worked on my ankle (he also does sports medicine). He suggested I get an ankle support - which you can buy at any drug store - and to also use a rolled up towel under my lower back when I lay down. He also admonished me terribly for wearing heels over 1 1/2" to work!! So, I took his advice...started wearing flats more often, especially those with good arch support, using the towel under my back, and the ankle supports. After a couple more visits to him to work on my ankle, I was fine. You might want to try it, I haven't had any more problems with that particular problem and that was about 2 years ago.
