It sounds like you have fistulas growing from your anus. I get them from time to time and they can be very painful. You might want to see your doc and have him check them out in case they contain something besides blood. He can also prescribe a antiseptic creme that will numb the area. Most likely prescription preperation H. I hope I have been able to help. Good luck. Michelle
