Have you checked with Dr. Nezhat in Atlanta , Georgia? He has diagnosed a friend of mine with "ovarian remnant syndrome" and plans to do a surgery ina few months. Apparently, just a tiny part of an ovary can still create endo and might even get covered over with adhesions. I really don*t know much about all this, but this Dr. Nezhat sounds hopeful.
