Hi Lisa I don't know anything about the cysts, but do have periodic nausea. Who knows why. But, i find that eating crackers helps; I munch on a few and just sit still or lay down for a while. Sometimes plain chips also help. My stomach tends to upset very easily - even vitamins make me queasy - so I always eat when I take any kind of pill - and find that bread products work the best to keep away the pukies. Hope this helps. luv, Amy
