I know this sounds stupid - but it worked for me. I had my mom call my doctor's office once when they were being difficult. She said that I was ill and couldn't call, but she was wondering if what I was waiting for was available... They got the answer right away. Is your mom around you and would she call them for you? It can't hurt to try......... Lisa L.
