In Sweden where I live I also pay a fee for the copying and the assurance fee. But although I got a file as a brick stone the money just wended up to half the sum (if I count the currency right?!?) Good luck anyway, and as for my opinion a feeling is never wrong!!! Of course you should question wheter they have the right to do like this.
