Hey Diane,

Yes, the AMAS test tests for any cancer in your body...it's actually testing for the antibody (antimalignin) that your body makes when you have a cancer. Some doctors feel it is worthwhile to test as we get older on a routine basis.

The CA125 is fairly worthless in my opinion for those of us that have endo...it only tests for ovarian and a couple other cancers and it can be high without us having cancer because of the endo.
