It's absolutely shitty (yes, shitty) when doctors and staff do not address patient issues. Come on now, how hard is it to call someone back when promised? I would not waste any more time on this stupid head (yes, stupid head). I know of a good doc in NW Indiana, but Chicago I'm not familiar with. Try to talk to friends and family and find someone they like. Your best bet is usually a doctor that is well liked by someone you know. I wish you good luck!!! Lisa L.
