When I had both of my Lap.'s I had a choice of doing both (the YAG laser or cutting it out). I choose Yag laser for both but with my last Lap. my endo wasn't bad enough to use the YAG laser so the just cut it out. I guess it depends on the Dr. and how bad your endo. is. The laser is the best. My Dr. said that, that may be why my endo. wasn't as bad this last time.
