ConfirmedFrom: Suzanne (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon Jun 28 17:18:59 1999
Well, my worst fear was confirmed... they didn't find any endometriosis or adhesions. That's good news and bad news. I didn't talk to the doctor, but Troy did, and what I have from him is that the uterus is very swollen, and something about the cervix (have no idea what), and the doctor very strongly suspects adenomyosis, which for those of you who don't know is kinda endo but is in the layers of the uterine muscle. The only way to for sure diagnose that is after a hysterectomy, and the only medical cure for it is hysterectomy. Needless to say, I am quite upset about these results. And still in alot of pain, so I'll close now and write more later. Thanks for all the prayers. I felt at peace this morning, knowing that so many were praying. Suzanne
