sorry to butt in here but if i may.......i had my left ovary and tube
removed in september and have never felt better in my life. i am 23 now but
last year i was told by docs in boston hospitals that i would need to have
hysto or nothing else would work. last summer was the worst for me.. i have
to admit that i dont' know how long i will be doing so well but my gyn and i
are very very very very happy with the results. i haven't had a period in 5
years so we dont know what i will feel like when i do get one. i am on a
bcp now too. i felt that having one side removed was better than taking it
all so that i could still maybe have a baby someday. i dont' know what your
situation is though. we are all different but maybe this will help.
