Thanks, Linda, for posting another hysterectomy success story! I am so happy for you! I had my hyst a year ago May and have had no pain since. I feel just as you do -- my surgeon gave me my life back. I think there are a LOT more hyst success stories out there, but we don't hear about them because the women don't need to come looking for support. They are leading perfectly normal lives and if they never found these fantastic support areas before their surgery they've no reason to now. I hope all of us who have been helped along the way by our fellow endo sufferers do continue to check in to these forums once in awhile even if we are now painfree. When I was in pain and scared a year ago January it helped me so much to hear that I was not alone in my suffering -- but it also helped me to hear from women who were no longer in pain because that gave me hope that someday the suffering might end. Thanks, again, Linda! May there be a never-ending stream of painfree days to come. :-)
