You know what Stacey, I've been looking at this adhesions thing since I just had surgery, and it is very possible that alot of your pain may be due to adhesions rather than endo. Adhesions can be removed (at least my doctor does that)...it is highly possible that your uterus is stuck to your abdominal wall and that is causing alot of your pain...especially since it won't move. My friend that had surgery the same day as me had had previous abdominal surgery and was having alot of pain (though she had never had endo) and the surgeon found tons of adhesions which she removed and also her L ovary was stuck to her intestines. If it were me, I would have my surgeon go in through my abdomen (I know, I know...hate that scar) and see what's going on before you have all your female parts removed for no reason (I think I already told you my sister's horror story since her hysterectomy)...it would be a shame to lose things you don't need to lose! :-) But I would also make sure you've got a surgeon who is good at removing adhesions and conservative about removing organs...many times it's easier to remove everything and they're too lazy to carefully take it all apart and save your female organs...they figure we don't need 'em after we've had our kids anyway!! Good luck....hope it works out for you! Love and Health, Stephanie
