Stacey- It is very possible to develop adhesions after a lap just because they had to make an incision. I would suggest an abdominal hyst anyway. for one because if there is any endo they will see it an get rid of it and two I hope that they are at least removing one ovary if not both. and this must be done by an abdominal hyst to be accurate. I had developed adhesions from the endo to. It had cause a lot of scar tissue( adhesion) all over the place when they went in for my first lap.
