Hi Missy
I don't really know the answer to you question regarding an endometrioma but
I have had many of them and also had a couple burst. Man, does that hurt!
When I was first diagnosed with endo and right up to my third lap I only had
endo and endometriomas on my left hand side. In between my third and fourth
laps I had an endometrioma burst and just before my fourth lap my gyn found
three of them on my right ovary. I am kind of inclined to believe that it
would spread.
