Re: Followup on pelvic pain or just in my head JanetFrom: Barb (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu Jun 17 18:36:40 1999
I'm not feeling very well yet, the Percadet and betadine is making my skin itch like crazy and my stomache hurts really bad. Is it normal to hurt so much? Doctor did do a hysterescope but didn't mention anything. He also did a D&C why would he need to do that? He didn't tell me anything about this, it was the nurse who discharged me who told me that's what he did. Do you think he did that because he wanted more tissue, or because the ednometrium was so thick inside he couldn't see? I don't know what happened ( but a well trained doc can usually tell by looking at it and poking around and measuring, etc.) It's funny you said that... my dh and I were both saying how young we thought he looked. I trust this doctor and have a good repore with him, but still don't think he is too far out of med school. Any hints on how to get this tummy pain to get better? I'm drinking alot and haven't eaten since the night before yesterday.
