Hi.. I started experiencing pain and discomfort about a year ago, it felt like the tampon was too long and it hurt, tummy area too. I changed from the brand I had used all my life and started using OB cause they're shorter, wasn't as bad. I asked my gyn about it, she didn't have much to offer on the topic, said some people have discomfort..... I had my first lupron shot not long after I asked her so hadn't thought of it since then. Try experimenting with other brands, that's what I did before I tried Ob. Good luck! luv, Amy
