Muiren- What state do you live in?? There are some states that offer insurance(not medical assistance) base on income. SO that might help there. And as far as employment goes find a job where you can be honest with your boss. Inform them about your disease the more they know the more it helps. Or try doing something from your home where everything is on your terms. As for the pain I can empathize with you I have been there done that and you really need to find a good either specialist or gyn who has a lot of experience with it. I am not sure why they told you that the tubal ligation would help. It makes absolutely no sense. But it by no means surprises me. Second if you have access to the Internet by all means research the he double hockey sticks out of it because the more knowledge you have on it the better apt you are to make better decisions. good luck!!!!
