Tina and Ann, thanks for your encouraging information. Knowing your endo is returning is never good, but finding such a supportive and knowledgeable group is very encouraging for me...thanks sisters!

Hi Ann,

I am glad to hear that I am not alone, but sorry to hear you've had such a rough road to relief. I have not had such a severe return of my symptoms, but they are returning.

Have you had any problems with your blood? I have seen a reproductive endrcrinologist at an ivf clinic, and he says there is a connection between a common blood disorder and endo. The blood disorder concerns the platlets, which control clotting. Apparently mine are misshapen, which increases the surface area of the platlet. The surface area of each platlet is the source of blood clotting, and the increased surface area of my platlets increases the time and volume of blood I clot. They are doing some work on it now to develope a treatment, generally involving blood thinners.

I am going to return to the endocrinologist this month, and hopefully will have some testing to discover if the endo is causing my problems. I was never told that the endo could return after the hysterectomy, were you?

Another question I have for the general populace...have any of you had a problem with immune deficiency? I get every cold and flu that comes along, it seems that I have no immunities at all. The endonlne.com site is suggesting a link between the two, but no real treatments to boost immunitites. Any ideas?

I hope you all find pain-free living soon.

Luck and love, SusieQ
