I'm glad for you that you have such a progressive doc who's trying to learn more, good for you, you should be able to benefit from him learning of the latest advances. Sorry you're having such a yucky time, I don't know of any herbal stuff to help with that but I did find something at the health food store called Lower Back Complex - haven't tried it yet cause I haven't had time to research it, but its for aching, stiffness, sciatica, shooting pains in lower back, hips and legs. Do you think taking glucosamine sulfate would help at all? Its supposed to help with arthritis pain. As for the Synarel, does it take a while for it to get into your system to become most effective?
