Anyone ever taken Desogen while on continuous?

Good evening everyone!!

I hope that everyone is doing well and not in a lot of pain.

I have a question. Has anyone ever taken Desogen while on continuous bcp? The reason that I ask this is because I started taking it on Sunday to help control the breakthrough bleeding that I get from being on low dose bcps (Mircette), and it made me very sick to my stomach like it did the last time that I took it which was almost 3 years ago.

The reason I am interested in knowing this is because I would like to know if anyone has had problems with nausea. The Gyn suggested that I take it at night either with supper or at bed time. I asked if it was okay to take it during the day with food because this is when I find it the easiest to remember to take my pills. They said fine. I took some Phenegran because the nausea was so bad.

Yesterday I took it, and felt miserable. I'm going to call the dr tomorrow to let her know that I can't take it, or any other high dose pill while on continuous. I went back to my Mircette today and did much better.

I'm concerned that the doctor may tell me to stick it out any way. Thanks to anyone who can help me with this.

Wishing everyone a wonderful week.
