Hello Karin
one of my all time favorite, most effective quick fixes is good old
prunes! I used to regularly get constipated before my period - and I
hate being constipated!!! so started eating a few a day for the few
days before d-day, and it helps. Another good thing - Metamucil. Also,
I often will drink hot water if my bowels are acting up - it helps with
degestion and to get things moving. I almost never eat white bread, and
stick with high fibre breads like twelve grain. I hope this helps some
and that the 'bloat-o' goes away!!! Take care and good luck
luv, Amy
