Stacey, Good for you!! I quit cold turkey before i found out i was pregnant with my first child. I really did'nt have any bad withdrawels, except maybe a little nausea and HUNGRY, but that was probably due to the pregnancy, especially with an 11 lb baby. After i quit the first time after she was born i just got a craving for a cigarette when i drank. But almost 4 years ago i quit for good before i had one of my laps which got me pregnant with my 3 yr old. Life is better, you dont have to stay away and go outside all the time to get the smoke away from the kids. Hope you do good.
