Debbie, Is it depo-provera? If it is get off of it. One of my best friends was on it last summer, and she is just getting over the effects. Sometimes she had such anxiety and panic and shakey and other things, its just now gettin out of her system cpompletely. Sometimes she thought she was going out of her mind. I read the side effects to her one day out of one my medical books and they were horrendus, alot like every menopause or should i say bad menopausal symptoms. I would get as much literature as possible on it if you want to continue on it, unless you want me send you some the listings in the medical book i read to her. Please think about it before you keep on it, it will stay in your system for a verylong time, i know everyone is different, but it sounds like you are going through what she did. Please let me know about the listings of effects in the book. Good LUck!!!
