All those things could be cause from them and since you mentioned the puling sensation a willing to bet some, if not all the things you mentioned are related to adhesions. Don't be afraid or feel silly about bringing it up to your gyn/ Heck he at least owes you that after all the money you just put in his pocket. I am sorry it just makes me mad that we actually do feel like that I am the same way but you know what they wouldn't be here ( as a doctor( with out us as patients. Also I found if you are direct it seems to get through to them. Good luck- I wish you weren't in so much pain. Have you tried the hot baths and showers??
