Hi Debby thanks for the info. - I had no idea Sudafed was a bad thing to take; but then again, I never asked the pharmacist when I've bought it -- But I did have a doc prescribe it to me several years ago and it was after I was diagnosed with MVP...unfortunately, the Sudafed really worked well for me, Figures :) Good luck and hope the vitamin 'p' helps !! lyv, Amy
