Hi Debby I've been taking 20 mg Paxil since January; its helped me alot! I don't know anything about how it interacts with cold remedies but the pharmacist could help you out. An old family cold remedy that always works for me: cut up a bunch of onions, cook over low heat in a pot with milk until tender and with a few teaspoons of margarine, with lots of pepper, fresh cracked if possible. There's no real measurements; about 4-5 onions with a medium pot. Breath isn't always so great afterwards, but if you have a cold you're probably really not too concerned about being intimate :) but it really helps to break up the congestion, so have kleenex handy! Leftovers can go in the fridge, eat 4 or 5 bowls a day, should be feeling much better by next day. Hope your soon feeling better, and, I'm interested if you find something out about Paxil and sudafed (I also have MVP) Take care and hope everyone is having a good night! luv, Amy
