Saw you were up last night. I learned a little trick that might help you sleep. have a warm piece of toast and a glass of warm milk with a teaspoon of sugar. Then right before you are getting ready to lay down. Gently cup your wrists and twist your hand back and forth rubbing your wrists for a couple of minutes (or as long as you can stand. An then do the other wrist. Hope this helps!!! Get some sleep you need it by the sounds of your post. Tina
