My heart goes out to you, Becca, i know where you're coming from. When Allan and I were dating, he was working out of town for two or more weeks at a time, and it was absolutely horrible- especially when he was only about four hours away for a whole month and couldn't come home on some weekends. That doesn't help you much, but just to let you know I really really understand. When I had my hopes crushed like you, i was always hurt, angry, frustrated etc etc - but, when we did get together it was good, and he always ended up feeling badly that he had to miss some time together, especially if I had made a special purchase like you. And, now years later, he still talks about that time and says he wishes that he hadn't worked out of town. Helps some, but still doesn't change the way I felt at the time. Hang in there!!! luv, Amy
