Hi Amy
Yeah, the oil made me gag! The only problem I had with the seeds was the
minotinous taste and they get stuck in your teeth. I have heard a lot of
good things about flax seed but I think that you would have to stick at it
for a while. You could try the bread but I think you may be eating a whole
loaf to get the same benefits! I guess anything is worth a try.
