The 'diet' sounds pretty awful for an almost-no-meat eater like me, but
I'm willing to give it a try. The egg thing will be a problem, since I'm
allergic; also allergic to pork. But, its BBQ season so I think I could
do ok with lots of chicken and steak. Thanks! I'd eat just about
anything at this point to drop some pounds quick, it really would help
with the self-esteem and motivation, you know?
