Hi Janet- sorry it has taken so long to get back I usually don't check my e-mail til the mornings. ( backwards of everyone else) I just wanted to thankyou for your reply my husband had I had a long coversation about it last night. I would agree with you on all points but his boss doesn't pay them what most concrete companies pay their employees and they don't work like Chuck and the guys that work with him do. I don't mean to sound petty but all but two concrete companies around here are union and pay starting at 27 an hour Chuck has been with ron for 6 years and makes 13. It is just so frustrating because the only two on the crew who work from 4am to 10pm are my husband and my one brother in law. It is a family buisness ( almost entirely those who aren't blood related have been family friends since childhood) I jsut feel that their generosity is being taken advantage of. The night I wrote this his boss ordered concrete for a floor at 6:30 knowing full well it wouldn't be done until late. Meanwhile he went home. I am sorry I am venting a gain. I just really wanted to thank you for your response. It is nice to know there are other people dealing with the same problems. Tina
