Chelsea, I think you'd be best to call your doc in the AM and insist to be seen; there could be something bigger going on and you shouldn't have a fever if its just breakthrough bleeding, the pain also doesn't sound right. It sounds like the bcp's aren't doing what they're supposed to and the doc needs to reevaluate this. I don't want to scare you, heck, I'm no doctor, but I really hope you call the doc tomorrow, if just to get some reassurance!! Please keep us updated. luv, Amy
