Re: PAINFUL INTERCOURSE

Hello Rachelle Sorry you're having such a crummy time. Unfortunately it seems the decreased libido is one of the lupron side effects. Sometimes when I haven't quite felt in the mood my husband has been able to convince my body quite quickly, by massaging, caressing, erotic kisses and touches, etc. Maybe if yours tried some of that your body would be responsive, couldn't hurt. I hope you don't find this offensive, but I hear that some find watching adult movies helpful in getting things moving. Or you can try giving him "attention" and see if that helps, even if it doesn't lead to intercourse. I have a couple other ideas but am leery of posting them because I don't want to offend anyone, but you and anyone who's interested can email me and I'll pass them on privately. Hope this helps some, and my one big suggestion is to try not to dwell on it too much even though that will be hard, because it will just increase the stress for both of you. Sometimes its gonna happen, sometimes its not, you know? Like sometimes the guy will get it up and sometimes he won't.... :) hope you all have a painfree night luv, Amy
