Thanks Maureen. Have a question for you re: evening primrose oil. Tried it for a while but found it 'came back on me' ie. burping it hours later and it doesn't taste so good !!! lol Tried eating with it but couldn't seem to find something that worked real good then kind of gave up. Do you eat when you take the capsule, take it with something else, or have any ideas what to eat with it so it doesn't revisit? Thanks and hope you have a good night Amy
