Hi LeAnn I don't know if your doc would suggest/support a D&C from what you said, having not had a period for three months and then your first lasting a day, though it sounds like its been horrible! My doc did a D&C on me at the same time as the lap because I had extremely painful and very very heavy periods that lasted for several days with clots and the whole ugly thing. But definitely tell the doc about your symptoms and your pain. Hope things go well on Friday and keep us posted. Best wishes!! luv, Amy
