You should be able to tell your doc all of your symptoms, because maybe you're feeling things you shouldn't - and if your doc doesn't know then how is he supposed to help you? Helping you is his job. If you can't be honest with your doc, and have to be afraid that he won't give you the medical care that you deserve, then I'd say that its time to be getting yourself a new doc, dear. You could be putting your help at risk by not telling your doc what your body is doing/how its reacting, and any doc who wouldn't want to work with you because you are telling him things like that shouldn't be a doc. Just my two cents. Take care and best of luck to you Amy
