progesterone/estrogenFrom: al (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sun Apr 25 19:57:54 1999
Hi Ladies, hope everyone had a good and painfree weekend. I've been thinking of someone's comment a few days ago that estrogen is like fertilizer for endo, and have a question. My pregesterone was low when my blood was checked, estrogen was normal. It was only in approx Sept 98 that I started having intense daily pain. I haven't gotten any explanation yet as to why the pain seemed to come on so suddenly, and to be present every day and not just around period time. Does anyone know if this has to do with the low progesterone, and why progesterone would be low? I know I wasn't ovulating in Dec. blood tests; I wonder if that's indicative of every month or just that month? I haven't yet asked the doc these kind of questions, I was so overwhelmed with all the pain, the pain was my focus and trying to deal with it, know what I mean? Hope you all have a goood night Amy
