Hi Karin I have IBS, several people in my family nave bowel problems (cancer, colitis, spastic bowel). I don't know much about bowel endo but do know that you shouldn't have rectal bleeding with IBS. Please pursue this until the docs figure out what's happening and why. Best of luck Amy
