Hi Kristy I haven't done the continuous bcp thing, but I do have naturally frizzy uncooperative hair. Two things I find pretty good - Rave, which is a gel and mouse together; and Aussie leave-in conditioner and styler in one. Both I got at WalMart. Hope this helps! Have a great day luv, Amy
